A diagnostic review is where an individual or team takes the time to examine what happens in your organisation and the results that it achieves. The reviewer then considers where there may be weaknesses or opportunities for improvement.
If you involve me in a review of your organisation you will:
- become aware of strengths and weaknesses as you describe your operations
- benefit from an outside person challenging any assumptions
- gain a new perspective and constructive suggestions
- get new ideas by bringing a fresh mind to the problem
A good diagnostic review is not just a list of the things you already knew needed attention. It should be challenging, reassuring, thought-provoking and inspiring, full of practical suggestions.
Consider working with me or contact me now to discuss a review of your organisation and a diagnosis of any issues.
